Bidding Opens on Sunday, June 22nd. 

Bidding Ends on Wednesday, June 25th. 

• The first 3 lots will start closing at 6 pm, with 3 lots closing each minute afterward.

• Bids placed within 3 minutes of an item's end time will extend the countdown by an additional 3 minutes.

Preview will be on Monday, June 23rd from 4 pm until 6 pm.

Pickup Details:

• • Items can be picked up on Friday, June 27th (by appointment only between the hours of 10 am and 2 pm). 

  • Additional pickup availability on Saturday, June 28th these are open pick ups (no appointment required) between 12 pm and 2 pm.

  • The link to schedule an appointment will be in your invoice. You can access your invoice via the Account Menu, and/or from your Email.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Only one trailer at a time can fit in the driveway. You'll have to either park in the street and load or wait your turn.
  • If parking on street, please park on same side as the home - that will allow an open path for other cars on this fairly narrow road.
  • For Car parking, just pull into driveway and park in grass on left side. Plenty of available parking there.

Items 43000-43012 are located in the basement. They will need to go out a 30" man door, immediate right turn and directly up 10 concrete steps. Some of these items are VERY VERY HEAVY. Come prepared, no help will be available.

Most other items in garage.

Bidding Registration: We manually approve all new bidders, which may result in a delay, possibly of several hours, between registration and your ability to place bids, especially for registrations made overnight or on weekends. The "approval" simply means that your credit card address matches your billing address, that you are a local bidder, and that you haven't previously lost your bidding privileges for non-payment / not picking items up from a previous sale.

Registration Confirmation: On occasion, we may reach out with a phone call before final approval. If you're registering with an address that's more than 2 hours or so drive away, please call us to confirm your ability to pick up items and you acknowledge that we generally do not ship.

Note about Yahoo / AOL Email Addresses: Please be aware that if you use an @yahoo.com or @AOL email address, you may not receive the outbid notifications and your invoice. Sometimes, Yahoo doesn't even send these to your spam folder; they simply do not deliver them.  AOL usually sends into your Spam folder. Emails about upcoming auctions come from a different server and usually arrive as expected.

Item Condition: Everything is sold "As-Is." We do not authenticate or guarantee any item. Typically, we lay items out on a table and take a few photos for reference. We do not extensively inspect for damage or missing parts. If an item is listed as "tested ok," it means it passed basic functionality tests but not full testing. Otherwise, assume items have not been tested in any capacity.

Payment, Fees, and Taxes:

• • There is a 5% Buyer's Premium fee added to all bills paid with a credit card, this fee is WAIVED FOR CASH payments.

  • Checks are accepted only from known and frequent bidders with an established bidder history with us.

  • 6% Sales Tax will be collected where applicable.
