An Online Only Bidding Event, there is no live bidding.
Outbid Notices/Emails Not Received: Last auction, some bidders did not receive the generated emails for outbid notices and invoices. You can always view your invoices by clicking on Account, then Invoices.
Bidding Registration: We manually approve all new bidders, which may result in a delay, possibly of several hours, between registration and your ability to place bids, especially for registrations made overnight or on weekends. The "approval" simply means that your credit card address matches your billing address, that you are a local bidder, and that you haven't previously lost your bidding privileges for non-payment / not picking items up from a previous sale.
Registration Confirmation: On occasion, we may reach out with a phone call before final approval. If you're registering with an address that's more than 2 hours or so drive away, please call us to confirm your ability to pick up items and you acknowledge that we generally do not ship.
Auction Location: 6097 Tuscarawas Road, Industry, PA 15052 (a little past Shop N' Save, very close to 4 Mile Church)
Take driveway past the house all the way back to the large garage.
Bidding Schedule:

- Bidding opens Monday.
- Closing Date: Bidding will end on Wednesday, December 3rd
- The first 3 lots will start closing at 6 pm, with 3 lots closing each minute afterward.
- Bids placed within 3 minutes of an item's end time will extend the countdown by an additional 3 minutes.

Items are available for Pre-Bid Inspection or Preview on Tuesday, December 2nd, from 4 pm until 5 pm.

Pickup Details:

- Items can be picked up on Friday, December 5th (by appointment only between the hours of Noon and 2 pm).
- Do not come on Friday without an appointment.

Additional pickup availability on Saturday, December 6th, these are open pick ups (no appointment required) between 10 am and Noon.

The link to schedule an appointment will be in your invoice. You can access your invoice via the Account Menu, it takes about 5 minutes after you win your first item for your invoice to be available to you.

- We are willing to transport items back to the warehouse for alternate (prompt) pick ups. $5 per standard box full for things that not require packing. Fragile and Large items will have significantly higher fees - reach out before bidding. Anything that requires us to bring out a trailer will have much, much higher fees.

Item Condition: Everything is sold "As-Is." We do not authenticate or guarantee any item. Typically, we lay items out on a table and take a few photos for reference. We do not extensively inspect for damage or missing parts. If an item is listed as "tested ok," it means it passed basic functionality tests but not full testing. Otherwise, assume items have not been tested in any capacity.

There is a 5% Buyer's Premium fee added to all bills paid with a credit card, this fee is WAIVED FOR CASH payments.

Checks are accepted only from known and frequent bidders with a well established bidder history with us and prior approval for amount.

6% Sales Tax will be collected on all items, unless you have a valid exemption on file.

Credit Cards will be charged for items not picked up. Those items will be considered abandoned and disposed of at our discretion.

Shipping: Please note that we do not offer in-house shipping; items are for local pickup only. Please do not register if you require shipping.
