Our warehouse is located at 124 Hinds Street in Rochester, PA.

We hold sales there regularly, approximately once or twice a month.

Warehouse auctions may include combinations of estates and consignments.

There is no minimum quantity of items required for consignment.

We accept consignments on a first-come, first-served basis. We rarely schedule appointments more than a day or two in advance. We offer pick-up and packing services at your location when needed, though additional fees will apply. We may need to limit quantities from individual consignors due to space constraints, as we aim to accommodate as many consignors as possible.

All items we offer start with a $1 opening bid and have no reserves.

We primarily accept smaller items at our warehouse, rarely accepting furniture. We sometimes have room for better mid-century or truly unique pieces, but very rarely items like casual sofas, traditional style dining room tables or hutches, or any type of entertainment centers.

We try to focus on items that can be placed on or below a banquet table, hung on a wall, or fit within our shelving. Items may be sold individually or grouped with similar items to form a "lot." We typically only accept lots that we expect to sell for at least $25 each.

Items we generally do not accept (with occasional exceptions) include:

China sets Upholstered furniture Dolls Mass-produced figurines Most clear glass Most large furniture pieces Other low-value items

We have eager buyers for coins, gold jewelry, and antique pocket watches. Our attention to quality photography helps us excel particularly in these categories.

We do sell general household items, but they should be clean, in good working order, and from desirable brands.

We have a strong market for tools and equipment. Most items should be in good condition and working order. We accept antique, vintage, used, and new tools.

We do not sell modern firearms from our location; however, we do sell pocket knives, ammunition, hunting gear, rifle scopes, and related items. We can sell antique flintlock and percussion rifles.
